Bucharest, June 26 – The Adrem Group is attracting €18 million in financing from ING Bank and BRD Groupe Société Générale to support the expansion of operations and the implementation of ongoing strategic projects, as well as the further development of EPC contracting activities. Thus, the company increased the guarantee ceiling from ING Bank from RON 25.5 million to RON 76.5 million, and BRD contracted a loan of EUR 7.55 million, intended for the early refinancing of the bonds issued to the CVI Fund in February 2022. The newly attracted financing strengthens the group’s financial position and reflects the strength of its business model, as well as its medium and long-term growth prospects.

They complement our financial strategy and provide us with the necessary resources for strategic development plans. The extended partnership with ING Bank, by increasing the line of guarantees to RON 76.5 million, provides the company with an increased financial capacity to access increasingly complex projects, including major EPC contracts, which contribute to the modernization of the energy infrastructure in Romania.

Through the collaboration with BRD Groupe Société Générale, Adrem has contracted a long-term loan of EUR 7.55 million, with a maturity of 5 years, intended for the early refinancing of the bonds issued by Adrem three years ago to the CVI Fund. Through this operation, the group improves its liquidity, reduces financing costs and strengthens its base for future strategic investments.

The Adrem Group ended 2024 with solid financial results: total revenues of €70 million and a net profit of €6 million. The group of companies starts 2025 with consolidated revenues of €21 million in Q1, up by more than 25% compared to the same period of the previous year. For this year, the company aims to expand its operations and continue investments in strategic projects that support the modernization of the energy system, the digitalization of infrastructure and the development of integrated and sustainable solutions.
