Training hours for employees, at group level
For us, investing in people represents the most important business decision. Our electricians are the heart of the company, and we place our trust, resources, time, and know-how in them, so that every intervention is carried out safely and energy reaches where it truly matters. In the past year, we allocated over 14,000 hours of training in occupational health and safety, as well as emergency situations, to ensure our team knows and applies best practices. Each electrician participates annually in approximately 18 internal training sessions, continuously developing their skills and staying current with modern technologies and methods.
Today, we have a team of 350 ANRE-certified electricians, ready to intervene quickly and efficiently in the field. In the period 2024–2025, we invested over one million euros in protective equipment and high-performance tools, so their work is as safe and efficient as possible. This is our commitment: to provide them with everything they need to carry out their work to the highest standards, with professionalism and responsibility. For us, people are the most valuable resource, and our care for them is reflected in every project we complete.
