Project Manager
Location: Bucharest
Education: Higher education in electrical / energy engineering;
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects in the energy sector (transformer stations, 0.4–110 kV power lines, wind / photovoltaic power plant connection installations);
Knowledge and skills:
• ANRE certification (advantage);
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Certifications / authorizations / attestations specific to Project Manager activity – advantage;
• Advanced technical knowledge;
• Previous experience in coordinating projects in the electrical energy sector;
• Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken);
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation capabilities;
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and professional objectives;
• Attention to detail, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills;
• Category B driver’s license;
• Availability for domestic travel.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for successful implementation of activities and achieving planned results in coordinated projects;
• Preparation and presentation for approval of documents: BVC, Cashflow, and Project Execution Schedule;
• Monitoring the Execution Schedule and reporting any deviations from established deadlines;
• Supervising daily project activities and managing the project team;
• Developing detailed work plans and monitoring their implementation;
• Tracking work completion, participating in inspections and commissioning;
• Representing the company in relations with clients to ensure smooth project execution;
• Reporting project status to company management.
