Academia Adrem este programul strategic de dezvoltare profesională și personală al companiei, structurat, continuu și adresat tuturor nivelurilor: de la electricieni până la ingineri, economiști și manageri.

How did it start, and where are we headed?
As early as 2025, Adrem Academy launched its first structured management development programs, focused on two key tracks: Regional Directors and Area Coordinators. These programs have been highly successful, and interest in continuing them is growing—proof that investing in people delivers real results.
For 2026, Adrem Academy’s objective is to strengthen existing programs, conduct follow-up for completed courses, expand access to all departments, and adapt training programs to the needs and aspirations of each employee.
What does Adrem Academy cover?
Development in management and leadership
Structured programs for employees in leadership and coordination roles: LSI & Culture, Performance in 100 Days, Feedback and Delegation, Finance for non-finance professionals, and programs dedicated to Regional Directors and Area Coordinators.
Specialized technical training
Training for electricians and technical specialists, developed in-house, plus ANRE courses for obtaining and renewing certifications. Up-to-date technical knowledge is the foundation of safety and quality in our work.
Developing soft skills
Programs dedicated to support functions, focused on communication, collaboration, and efficiency. Because how we work together matters just as much as what each of us does.
AI & Industry adaptation
Programs and workshops dedicated to understanding and using artificial intelligence in our work, to improve efficiency and align with industry trends. We are preparing our people for the future, because the industry is changing rapidly, and smart AI adoption can become one of our most important competitive advantages.
Internship

In the process of being formed: a network of internal mentors, made up of colleagues with experience, performance and a genuine desire to contribute to the development of the people in Adrem. Because one of the company’s most valuable resources is the experience gained in over 34 years of activity.
